- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 large can chicken (with bones removed)
Directions

1Soften dry yeast in warm water.

2Combine scalded milk, sugar and salt in large mixing bowl.

3Cool to lukewarm.

4Stir in unbeaten egg and yeast.

5Add flour to form a soft dough.

6Let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

7Add chicken to risen dough; mix well.

8Turn into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover; let rise about 45 minutes.

9Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.

10Serve hot with sauce by heating 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk.
