Ingredients
- 250 grams unsalted butter
- 100 ml water
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 grams light muscavado sugar
- 5 tsp dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 315 grams rolled oats
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 200 grams white chocolate
Directions

1Pre-heat an oven to 220C / 200C fan.

2In a heavy based pan, add the butter, sugar, water & vanilla extract.

3Gently heat together till fully melted and combined.

4Take off the heat and add the oats.

5Mix well and then pour out into a baking tray.

6Place in the oven for 15-20mins.

7Remove from the oven and all low to completely cool.

8Once cooled, cut into slices.

9Begin to melt either the dark or white chocolate.

10Cover one side of the flap jack with the chocolate.

11Allow the chocolate to set then repeat previous step.

12Once set, place in the fridge to store.
