  • 8 deboned, skinned chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 oz. dried beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Wrap breasts with bacon.

    Arrange in a baking dish or 9 x 13-inch pan the dried beef on the bottom.

    Lay the wrapped chicken breasts over the beef.

    Combine the sour cream and mushroom soup. Pour over chicken.

    Bake in a 275° oven for 3 hours.

    Can be made ahead and reheated.
