- 10 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 2 cans chicken soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 stick butter
- 2/3 c. cooking sherry
- 1 large can mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown chicken which has been lightly salted and peppered in butter in a large skillet.

2When brown, remove and set aside.

3Add remaining ingredients

4to skillet and cook 5 minutes, while stirring.

5Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
