  • 10 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 2 cans chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 c. cooking sherry
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown chicken which has been lightly salted and peppered in butter in a large skillet.

    When brown, remove and set aside.

    Add remaining ingredients

    to skillet and cook 5 minutes, while stirring.

    Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
