Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. flour, divided
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 4 skinned chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 slices ham (2 oz.)
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. shredded Provolone cheese
Directions

1In plastic bag, combine 2 tablespoons flour, tarragon, salt and pepper.

2Add chicken.

3Melt butter in pan and saute chicken until golden and cooked through.

4Remove to heated platter.

5Cut ham into strips.

6Cook 2 to 3 minutes in the same skillet.

7Place over chicken.

8Stir 2 tablespoons flour into drippings in skillet. Blend well.

9Stir in wine.

10Gradually add milk until it boils and thickens.

11Add cheese until melted.

12Serve over chicken.

13Serve with rice.
