  • 1 cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 box Stove Top chicken stuffing
  • 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked until barely tender
  • 1 or 1 1/2 c. chicken broth (saved), added to soup

Directions

    Layer chicken, broccoli, bread crumbs (sprinkle seasoning from dressing mix over crumbs), cheese, soup and water chestnuts. Continue to layer until all ingredients are used.

    Sprinkle a few crumbs on top.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
