- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut in strips
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 medium green or red sweet pepper chopped
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- hot cooked rice or noodles
Directions

1In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken until brown.

2Add onions, pepper.

3Cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce; heat to boiling.

4Reduce heat to low; cover to simmer.

5Serve over rice or noodles.
