  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut in strips
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 medium green or red sweet pepper chopped
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • hot cooked rice or noodles

Directions

    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken until brown.

    Add onions, pepper.

    Cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce; heat to boiling.

    Reduce heat to low; cover to simmer.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
