Chicken Broccoli Vegetables

- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken (about 1 lb.)
- 2 c. broccoli Normandy or 1 1/2 c. cut-up broccoli and 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon hot oleo, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until brown on both sides.

2Remove chicken.

3In same skillet, add remaining oleo.

4Cook broccoli, carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring often.

5Stir in soup, milk and pepper.

6Heat to boiling.

7Return chicken to skillet.

8Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.

9Makes 4 servings.
