- 1 1/2 lb. chicken (boneless and skinless)
- 2 c. milk
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Cut chicken into small bite size cubes.

2Fry in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.

3When cooked, remove from pan and drain any fluid.

4Place on pan on medium-high and melt butter.

5Add flour to make paste, then add milk, cheese and mustard.

6As mixture boils it will thicken.

7If not, add 1 to 2 more tablespoons flour.

8Add chicken.
-
9Best served over brown rice.
