  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 10 to 16 oz. broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can French fried onion rings
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
