  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 12 flour tortillas (10 inch)
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
