  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can (28 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. apple juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • bay leaf
  • 3 Tbsp. flour in 1/4 c. water for thickening
  • 1 can (6 oz.) mushrooms
