- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 (No. 2) can Italian tomatoes (16 oz.)
- 1/2 c. white wine or cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic (in a jar)
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 half chicken breasts, skinned, boned and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
Directions

1Heat liquid Butter Buds in a nonstick skillet and brown chicken, onion and garlic.

2Add all other ingredients, except mushrooms.

3Bring to boil, then cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 10 minutes more.

4Remove chicken from pan; boil down sauce until slightly thickened.

5Serve over cooked pasta.
