  • 1/2 whole Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 whole Chilies
  • 1 sprig Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 2 whole Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons Seasoned Flour
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 cups Cream

Directions

    Slice the onion into crescents and then cut the crescents in half.

    Finely dice the garlic, chili and parsley, and heat with oil on the stove, in a dish that you can transfer later to the oven.

    Coat the chicken in the seasoned flour.

    Once the onion is softened, add the chicken to the pan.

    Once the chicken is browned on both sides, add the tomato sauce and season liberally with salt, pepper and chili powder.

    Place in the oven at 180 degrees C (360 degrees F) for 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven.

    Stir the cream through the sauce, and return to the oven at the same temperature for a further ten minutes.
