Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

  • 9 oz bacon, coarsely chopped
  • 6 oz whole wheat soft wraps
  • 2 oz coarsely grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 oz coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 head baby romaine lettuce, leaves separated
  • 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease 2-3 baking trays.

    Oil a large frying pan and place over medium-high heat. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

    Meanwhile, place wraps on baking trays. Sprinkle with cheese then warm in oven until cheese melts.

    Distribute wraps between serving plates. Top with lettuce, tomato, chicken and bacon.

    Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and season to taste. Drizzle over wraps and roll up to enclose filling.
