  • 4 to 6 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 large can undrained mushroom pieces
  • 1 large can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 large can chow mein noodles (about 3 1/2 c.)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Spread in a large, Pam-sprayed, baking dish.

    Top with sauteed sliced almonds or leftover chow mein noodles.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
