- 1 (3 lb.) chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 16-20 flour tortilla
Directions

1Place chicken in pot, adding enough water to cover it.

2Bring to a boil and cover, simmer 45 min. or until tender.

3Remove chicken from pot, reserving 3/4 c. broth.

4Remove meat from bones and cut into pieces, set aside.

5Fry corn tortillas in butter until warmed thoroughly.

6Layer tortillas in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Layer chicken on top.

7Pour soups over chicken.

8Top with remaining tortillas.

9Then shred cheese over top.

10Bake at 350°F uncovered for 35 min. or till cheese melts.
