  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. cornflakes cereal crumbs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Boil chicken until tender. Shred or cube. In large bowl, combine chicken pieces, water chestnuts, onion, soup and most of the cereal crumbs. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining flakes on top of mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
