- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) bag corn bread stuffing
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender; debone, if necessary, and save broth.

2Place stuffing mix, chicken broth and soups in a large casserole dish.

3Mix well.

4Add chicken, making sure all meat is covered with stuffing mixture.

5Dot with butter; salt and pepper to taste.

6Cover and bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour, then remove and allow the top to brown slightly.
