Chicken Casserole

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag corn bread stuffing

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender; debone, if necessary, and save broth.

    Place stuffing mix, chicken broth and soups in a large casserole dish.

    Mix well.

    Add chicken, making sure all meat is covered with stuffing mixture.

    Dot with butter; salt and pepper to taste.

    Cover and bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour, then remove and allow the top to brown slightly.
