Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds or water chestnuts

Directions

    Mix all together and put in a 10 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cover the mixture with 2 cups of crushed potato chips or use corn flakes if you don't want that much salt and grease.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° or until hot through.
