- 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken
- 1 small onion
- salt to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Place chicken and onion

2in saucepan.

3Cover with water and add salt.

4Cook slowly

7Remove chicken and onion. Put noodles in broth

8and cook until tender as package directs. Debone chicken and add to drained noodles along with cheese and soup.
