  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. rice (Minute)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 6 to 8 pieces boneless chicken breast
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup

Directions

    Melt butter (or margarine), pat rice into melted butter.

    Mix next 3 ingredients and pour over the rice and butter (or margarine).

    Place chicken in mixture (already in casserole dish) and sprinkle with onion soup mix.

    Bake in oven 1 hour at 350°.
