- 4 large chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 rolls Town House crackers
- 1 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook chicken; tear into bite-sized pieces.

2In an 11 x 9-inch casserole dish, crush 1 1/2 rolls of the crackers and melt stick of margarine; pour on crackers.

3Place on top of cracker mixture 2 or 3 cuts of the deboned chicken.

4Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup and water chestnuts together and pour on top of chicken.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Crush a few more crackers to go on the top.

7Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
