  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 lb. chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • 1 small can garden peas
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

    Cut chicken, carrots and potatoes into bite size pieces.

    Cook until done.

    In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, put chicken mixture. Mix together garden peas, buttermilk, margarine and flour.

    Pour this over chicken mixture.

    Bake at 425° about 30 minutes.
