- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 chicken, cooked and removed from bones
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 small can water chestnuts (optional)
- 1 small pkg. slivered almonds (optional)
Directions

1Remove bones from chicken. Cut in small pieces.

2Mix rice, chicken soup and onion.

3Use water chestnuts and almonds, if desired.

4Just as good without.

5Place cracker crumbs on top and dot with margarine. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
