  • 2 1/2 c. spaghetti, broken
  • 1/2 c. pimento
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 c. diced, cooked chicken (save broth)
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Cook spaghetti and drain.

    Combine ingredients, less 1 cup cheese; blend with fork.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Take out one hour before baking; bake at 350° for one hour.
