Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. chicken parts, cooked (thighs, legs, breasts)
  • celery tops, onions and carrots
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 pkg. Stove Top dressing, made according to directions

Directions

    Cook chicken with vegetables until done.

    Cool and remove chicken from bones.

    Mix soup and milk together; stir until smooth.

    Fold in sour cream and stir until smooth.

    Layer chicken into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Pour soup mixture over chicken and then crumble dressing on top.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° with foil on top but not sealed tightly.

    Can leave in oven 1 hour after baked with oven shut off.
