  • 2 lb. chicken breasts
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 heaping tsp. chopped pimentos
  • 3/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Cook and chop chicken breasts.

    Add soup, mushrooms and pimentos.

    Pour into 2 1/2 or 3-quart ungreased casserole.

    Top with stuffing.

    Pour broth over all.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
