- 2 lb. chicken breasts
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 2 heaping tsp. chopped pimentos
- 3/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing
- 1 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook and chop chicken breasts.

2Add soup, mushrooms and pimentos.

3Pour into 2 1/2 or 3-quart ungreased casserole.

4Top with stuffing.

5Pour broth over all.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
