  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 to 2 onions, cut up
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • lemon juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. white wine
  • oregano
  • Pam

Directions

    Place chicken in casserole dish, sprayed with Pam.

    Cut up onions on top of chicken.
  3. 3
    Season with onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and a splash of lemon juice.

    Pour wine over chicken.

    Cook in 325° oven for 40 minutes and check, could need a little longer.
