  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding (prepared)
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Butter a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex pan.

    Crush Oreos in blender until powdery.

    Remove 1/2 cup crumbs and set aside.

    Mix remaining crumbs with butter.

    Press onto bottom and up sides of the glass pan.
