- 1/2 c. celery, cut fine
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. grain rice, uncooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- chicken (as much as you desire)
Directions

1Put the celery, pepper and onions in the bottom of a long casserole dish.

2Spread the rice over this, then the cream of chicken soup.

3Place chicken pieces on top of rice.

4Salt and pepper, if desired.

5Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

6Makes 4 servings.
