- 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- crushed potato chips
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender.

2Remove meat from bone and cut into bite size pieces.

3Mix with remainder of ingredients except potato chips.

4Put chicken into 2-quart casserole dish.

5Bake, covered, until bubbly.

6Top with crushed potato chips and sprinkle with paprika.

7Bake a few more minutes, uncovered.
