  • 1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can broth (reserved from chicken)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 packs crackers, mixed with melted margarine

Directions

    In a 2-quart casserole, place 1/2 of crackers in bottom.

    Mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and broth together. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour over crackers.

    Then top with remaining crackers.

    Bake at 350° until brown.
