- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
Directions

1Cook chicken in water, no salt.

2Save broth.

3Melt margarine in pan; stir in stuffing mix.

4Place one layer of stuffing mixture in bottom of casserole dish, then chicken that has been taken from bones and cubed.

5Alternate layers of crumb mixture and chicken, ending with crumb mixture on top.

6Mix chicken and mushroom soup with 2 cans of chicken broth.

7Pour this over entire casserole slowly.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

9(Can make 2 small casseroles and freeze for later use.)
