  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 can chicken
