Chicken Casserole

- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. broth (saved from chicken)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium green pepper (sweet), chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium jar pimentos
Directions

1Cook chicken breast.

2Remove any bone and tear in small pieces.

3Place into greased casserole dish.

4Mix peppers, onions and pimentos together in skillet with enough water or broth from cooked chicken or margarine and cook until done, about 15 minutes (may add water).

5Add mushroom soup and chicken soup to this and boil until well mixed.

6Pour this over chicken.

7Do not stir.

8Mix flour with broth with fork until smooth.

9Pour over ingredients. Do not stir.

10This makes crust.

11Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
