Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Pecans, finely chopped
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix sugars, flour, egg substitute, margarine or butter, cocoa and vanilla until well blended.

    Spoon into 36 greased mini muffin pan cups*.

    Sprinkle tops with chopped nuts.

    Bake at 350F for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.

    Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes.

    Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.

    Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
