- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken soup
- 16 crackers
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Remove bones and tear chicken into small pieces.

3Mix with both soups.

4Add salt.

5Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.

6Crumble crackers and add to melted butter.

7Sprinkle over chicken mixture.

8Bake in 350° oven about 1 hour or until crackers are brown.
