- 3 whole chicken breasts
- 1 stick oleo or margarine
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1/4 c. celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 c. broth from chicken
Directions

1Boil chicken until done; remove skin and bones and cut up. Saute celery and onions until tender.

2Mix with stuffing and 1/2 can chicken broth.

3Mix the 2 cans of soup together and add rest of broth.

4Grease casserole dish and layer stuffing mix, chicken and soup.

5Reserve some stuffing for top of layers.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
