- 2 chickens, cooked
- 2 cans mushroom soup, diluted with equal parts water
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- salt to taste
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can Chinese noodles
- 1 small can pimento
Directions

1Dice chicken.

2Chop onion fine and saute in butter.

3Add mushroom soup, water, salt and garlic salt.

4Layer chicken in buttered casserole dish and cover with Chinese noodles and dot with bits of pimento.

5Spoon part of sauce on top.

6Repeat layers and end with sauce on top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
