Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 chickens, cooked
  • 2 cans mushroom soup, diluted with equal parts water
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt to taste
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can Chinese noodles
  • 1 small can pimento

Directions

    Dice chicken.

    Chop onion fine and saute in butter.

    Add mushroom soup, water, salt and garlic salt.

    Layer chicken in buttered casserole dish and cover with Chinese noodles and dot with bits of pimento.

    Spoon part of sauce on top.

    Repeat layers and end with sauce on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
