Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large fryer or chicken breast, boiled
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits

Directions

    Cook noodles in chicken broth.

    Mix noodles, diced chicken, soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour in casserole dish and cover top of casserole with thin biscuit layers.

    Pour melted margarine over top of casserole and bake at 400° until biscuits are brown (about 15 minutes).
