- 1 or 2 cooked, deboned chickens
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

2Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.

3Top with crackers; dot with margarine.

4(You may freeze the casserole at this point, thaw overnight in refrigerator.) Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until mixture bubbles on sides of casserole.
