Chicken Casserole

  • 1 or 2 cooked, deboned chickens
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

    Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.

    Top with crackers; dot with margarine.

    (You may freeze the casserole at this point, thaw overnight in refrigerator.) Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until mixture bubbles on sides of casserole.

    Serves 10 to 12.
