- 2 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1 1/2 c. white rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken mushroom soup
- 1 onion
- margarine
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
Directions

1Cut up chicken into cubes, slice onion.

2Brown onion and chicken in margarine; season with salt and pepper and garlic powder.

3Mix 1 1/2 cups of rice with 2 cans of soup.

4Add in chicken, onion and peas.

5Add water as needed to smooth.

6Place in casserole and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
