  • 2 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 c. white rice
  • 2 cans cream of chicken mushroom soup
  • 1 onion
  • margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Directions

    Cut up chicken into cubes, slice onion.

    Brown onion and chicken in margarine; season with salt and pepper and garlic powder.

    Mix 1 1/2 cups of rice with 2 cans of soup.

    Add in chicken, onion and peas.

    Add water as needed to smooth.

    Place in casserole and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
