  • 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 40 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 c. cooked yolk-free dumplings
  • 2 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Cook and debone chicken; put in bottom of casserole.

    Melt oleo and combine with crackers.
  3. 3
    Mix together other ingredients and put over the chicken.
  4. 4
    Top with the oleo and cracker mix. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
