Chicken Casserole

  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing or 2 c. corn flakes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or any cream soup you prefer)
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked (2 c. cut in bite sizes)

Directions

    Melt margarine; mix with dressing (or corn flakes). Put half of this mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Spread evenly. Put cooked chicken bites over this mixture.

    Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup; spread over chicken. Sprinkle remaining crumbs or flakes over mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
