- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1/2 lb. cashews
- 5 1/2 oz. can chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 4 Tbsp. pimentos
Directions

1Lightly brown onion and celery in margarine; set aside.

2Mix soups and broth. Layer ingredients, starting with layer of noodles, then chicken, onion, celery, soup and nuts, ending with pimentos on top.

3Heat in 350° oven until bubbly, about 1/2 hour. Makes a long casserole dish full.
