- 4 1/2 lb. roasting chicken, cut up
- 3 c. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. broth (liquid leftover from cooking chicken)
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Simmer first five ingredients in big pot for 1 hour.

2Save broth when completed.

3In bottom of casserole dish mix and place diced cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup broth.

4On top of this mix and place stuffing mix, butter, onion and 1 cup broth.

5Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
