  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 35 to 45 Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cook chicken breasts in salt water until tender.

    Take chicken off bone and mix with chicken soup and sour cream.

    Melt butter. Crush crackers and mix with butter.

    Put on top of chicken mixture and cook at 350° until bubbling hot and crust is brown.
