  • 1 large carrot, sliced diagonally

Directions

    Cut pickle halves in 3/4-inch slices.

    Mix pickles, carrot, onion and jalapeno peppers in bowl or zipper-style plastic bag.

    Add reserved pickle and jalapeno liquids; cover.
