  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 c. cut up chicken or turkey
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. (5 oz. can) chow mein noodles

    Preheat oven to 350°. In greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, mix can of soup and water; stir until blended. Add chicken, celery and onion. Add 1 cup chow mein noodles. Sprinkle remaining chow mein noodles on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
